I received a Jan 2013 bill for nearly 2 times my regular payment. I called NMAC to see why and they informed me I missed a payment in August 2012!
I was never previously notified of this!
Then, to add insult to injury they have started calling me every few hours today and days before to ask when I can pay the late amount I owe! Give me a chance to pay it before you start the harassing calls please!
I have been a good paying customer since 2008 and would appreciate the calls to stop and a chance to pay it!
