I just leased a Nissan 2017 Rogue Sport from Tustin Nissan in California. The car has a issue of the screen blanking out on and off when I driving it, and it happened 6 times in 2 months.

I drove back to the dealership, and they said they can not duplicate the problem, and told me I have to call nissan usa corp. One of the nissan consumer affairs representative called me and said their "engineers" are saying the can may not has any issue and there might be some issue with my phone which is not compatible with the car bluetooth. My phone is iphone 6s plus. Then he said I have to go back the dealership for further assistance.

What I am feeling right now they are just trying to drop the ball to others, and no one wants to take responsibility. I am just a customer who just bought a new car, and all I need is just a car with no issue.

I just want someone who can solve the problem for me. I do not want get fooled.
