2021 nissan Rogue Sport lease.

I've leased several cars from this dealer. Generally, did not have problems. After several months I checked the spare tire equipment in prep for a road trip and found no JACK, TOW ADAPTER, JACK HANDLE in the lower compartment. Called the dealer and was advised to come in. I spoke with a salesman and general manager. Showed them the missing items. They flat out refused to install missing items. I expressed my disappointment and said I will seek legal advice and notify Nissan of the dealer denial of responsibility from lease sale of new auto .

Will not honor warranty

I have a 2019 Nissan maxima and I have an extended warranty on the car. I took my car down to Bill Ray Nissan because my car was smoking and just to see what was going on with the car smoking. And I received a phone call from Bill Ray Nissan telling me that my motor was sludged due to the fact that there have been no oil changes. First off let me say this I keep my car maintenance I have had several oil changes since I purchased this car. I have a brand new car why would I not keep my car maintenance. I purchase an extended warranty from the Nissan on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida not one time did he tell me that he pulled a Carfax on my car not one time. Bill Ray Nissan tells me that my car was a rental car the person who drove this car drove it for 17,000 miles with no oil change change. Please tell me wtf does that have to do with me?? I have been to several Nissan dealerships under the factory warranty to get my car fixed I have been to several Nissan dealerships under my extended warranty to get my car fixed.I recently went to Nissan in Clermont because my check engine light came on and they told me it was a censor and guess what warranty covered it with no problem not one time did they tell me I need an oil change or that my motor was messed up. A week later the light comes back on and now its smoking. Not one time was I told that my warranty does not cover my car due to the fact that it was a rental car. Not one time did Nissan on W. Colonial Dr. tell me that I could not purchase a warranty because the car was a rental car. I was not even aware the car was a rental car when I purchased it. I did not purchase my car from Nissan but I take my car there to get whatever needs to be done when it comes to the warranty covering it. If I was sold a warranty by Nissan why did you not do your job and like Darryl from Bill Ray said I should of never been sold the warranty and whoever sold it to me was suppose to do a car fax report. Now is that my fault he did not do his job? Now first I was told that I need to provide proof I received an oil change and then once I get there with my receipt he then says oh I pulled the car fax report and this was a rental car like did are you *** serious right now oh maam also the warranty wont honor this issue. Oh first they didnt honor due to lack of maintenance as you say but once I have proof now its oh this was a rental car so they are not going to honor your issue. Give me a damn good explanation as to why they are not going to honor my warranty after paying this warranty for a year and a half. I have $600 left to pay on that warranty and you mean to tell me I cant get my car fixed because of someone else mistake after Ive spent thousands of dollars for this car and the warranty. How is this fair to me? Then Darryl tells me that I can probably get a refund on my warranty and he washes his hands in the blood of Jesus over my car. REALLY??? Not trying to help me not trying to do anything for me but basically be a smart *** I will be perusing legal actions because this is not fair to me that I have a brand new car with an extended warranty and a sludged motor and no one will help me. If I could rate a negative I would haven urn then a negative 1000

2014 Nissan Altima black screen

The touchscreen on my Altima went completely blank eliminating the radio, camera and any screen functions. The Customer Service lady was pleasant but useless. She acted as if this an isolated case? She had no idea how Nissan is handling this issue, which is fairly common! I asked also about Nissan's hood release recall. Again a complete surprise? I've had the notice for close to a year and approached dealers in Calgary and Red Deer. One laughed at me, wished me luck and said they haven't gotten the repair parts from Nissan?

User's recommendation: If you haven't got the extra money to buy a Toyota or Honda, keep saving until you can. Nissan CVT transmissions, are a $7000 replacement. It's not if but when they fail!

The manager of maintenance came to my house and fixed my car! The drove it back to the service department cleaned the battery cables reset the electronic sensor and brought my car back to me!

Had appointment yesterday for brake lights recall repair. Also requested oil change.

Based on inspection there was an engine filter recommended among other things. When I picked up my car it was driving extremely slow! Then when I parked car at residence; 3 hours later a neighbor reported my brake lights were on. Apparently they had been on since car was parked.

This was not noticed until dark. Had to unplug battery to keep it from dying. Service center closed after I picked up my car so I called first thing this morning 7am. I also called dealership at 12 noon only to be informed there nothing in place to repair my car today nor anything in place for emergency.

My car isn't working.

I was told tomorrow, so due damage repair of service I have to go without use of my vehicle today. This is not good customer service.

Infinity TV ad

Your tv ad of the young kids playing in the band with the woman sitting in the car rolling up the windows is absolutely fantastic. I think the kids were asked to deliberately overblow their instruments. And of course the car is beautiful!!

Cheating when I purchased my new car

I purchased my car from metro Nissan California was March 2021 . Sales people promised me for two years maintenance included but when i went for services I discovered no free maintenance only I got two free oil change . Please have someone give me call today regarding my claim. I placed this claim last week and were told that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. It has been days since the claim was made. My 2018 Rogue has only approx 41,000 miles on it. The Power Train has failed. I took it to the dealership at Town Center Nissan and they said that the damage was not covered due to mismatched tired. They do not have proof of any mismatched tires. They discarded the tires before providing any proof and asked me to purchase a new set. I need for Nissan to honor the warranty on my vehicle.

ANTI THEFT LIGHT KEEP SOLID

Nissan Murano 2007 Model with intelligent key won't start. Anti theft security light keep solid when ignition is on, remote fails to work. I replace the entire engine block to new, but not the gear box. Since then anti theft security won't go off. Motor scan shows BCM, ECU, Intelligent Keys are OK, but Red car indicator won't let vehicle start. Milleage is above 67,000 Please any one with good support to make the vehicle start up.

Irresponsible attitude

Dear Sir I am your customer, and when I come for 2nd services than they said if any part would be change than you have to pay extra labour charges and manager said that it's a Nissan policies, than I asked for scan copy of policies than they denied and did rough argue with me. I would like to highlight the people who are just misleading. Mr Prasad the TL of Pramod is very unresponsive and too rude to deal with the issue.

I canceled my booking on March 23rd and am now following up on my refund since then. Later spoke to customer support...

The dealer from Hosur road 560068, Surya Nissan make fake commitments. The TL named Prasad is very unresponsive.

I booked a car on 22nd March and cancelled my booking the way dealer explained.

I directly spoke to the salesperson Pramod and asked for cancellation the very next day of my booking. Now its 5th April and they have not refunded yet(11k) and when I follow up every time they ask me to wait for a day or two.

It accelerates on its own at times for 2-3 seconds. Also, when Im on D it starts as if Im on 1st gear. Consumers, please do your homework before buying this. Im going to try to call them ASAP
