Nissan - Extended Warranty annoying calls!

My nissans warranty just expired. I have been getting annoying calls every day asking about purchasing an extended warranty. I have told them time and time again i dont want an extended warranty. Now they call daily. I try to block the calls and still they call. Im a doctor and I cant have this nonsense tying up my phone.
