Nissan - Transmission

My transmission went out twice in the first 34,000 miles, and second time was 500 miles from home, on vacation, and after it was repaired, Nissan customer service refused to help with transporting vehicle back to my home and my rental beyond 5 days is not covered and other expenses, lost work, motel, etc. have not been covered thus far retrieving my car from Nissan service where it broke down. A real disappointment, as I like the vehicle. Nissan service at local dealers have been kind, national Nissan customer service deserves to be advoided however . boycott Nissan everyone until they fix transmission issues

Nissan - Customer Care Review

I bought a 2016 Nissan rouge in December got my tags almost two months later now it's time to renew my registration and the motor vehicle tells me that Nissan has a hold on this car I call the dealership to see what's going on no one knows I got in touch with Nissan USA coustomer service thay tolled me that thay sent a notice to the dealership on April 12 no one looked into this matter know I can't register my car I can't go to work I'm missing days these people tell you there going to call you right back but that's not the case this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with I'm stuck but I'm going to make it my business to tell everybody on the radio/news/Facebook/forums that this place is a *** hole

Nissan - 5 month still not yet receive my order car

I have order Nissan Almera at Bukit Tinggi Klang on April 2016 but until now still not yet receive the car..The Branch Manager say i can get the car on July then after July say August then until now still not yet have confrim from them..But the car Roadtax and Insurance is running already just dunno why i still cannot get the car...All the down payment, Deposit and payment for roadtax and insurance all i already pay it..Is that i need go report police then go to lawyer to get information what I can do for it..

Nissan NO Customer Service

2011 Nissan Juke: So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls. One was the engine and the second was the timing belt. The second time they had to fix my car they told me they would be keeping it for 4-5 days! This wouldn't be a problem if they would give me a loaner car. However, they don't give out loaners unless you have 70,000 miles or less on your car. What? Why? My car only has 80,000 The only reason my car is in the shop is because of their faulty manufacturing and recall. The Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA service man said I would have to call Nissan headquarters in order to get the rule overruled. Ok...whatever. I call them and then it takes a day for them to get back to me to say they refuse to help me because I didn't buy the 'extended service warranty'. Well, if I would have known what a piece of *** car and company I was buying from (I wouldn't have made the purchase) I would have bought the warranty. I asked kindly for them to make an exception because I am a good customer AND I am right at the line. Still they refused and had no other response except to say, "you didn't buy the extended service warranty." What are you trying to do Nissan NO Customer Service? Teach me a lesson about buying extended service warranties?! It's not enough to be a customer who spent 18,000 on your faulty product?! This will be the LAST Nissan I own.

I wanted to buy pathfinder. I saw 23,299 for it on the Libertyville Nissan website. I chat to girl name Nina Davis on the internet from their website. I told her my budget is 25,500 out the door. She told me she will need to ask her Internet sales manager. She called me on my phone told me that Internet sales manager agreed for 26,000 but if you come in the store we can work something out since we are slow and haven't sold a lot of vehicle in past week. I asked her is this including military and student discount? She said no they are not included. I have twins and we live 30 miles from there and I work at another 15 miles from where the car dealership. I told my wife to meet me there with kids. She called Nina at 3:00pm to see if they still have the car and the offer we put in are still good to go. She told her I don't want to come there and waste my time because my kids are small and its their feeding time. She said NO everything is ready. Just come in and look for me and we will get you the deal. I got there at the dealership 6:00. I asked for Nina they said wait for bit. Then some other sales man shows up and tells me she works only as online assistant but at the dealership I will be the one who can help. I still insist to speak with her. She comes out and tells me I have told them everything and he will take care of you. We went out saw the car and we sat at the table wrote my info(which took 20min.) He came back with figure 27,900 including military and student discount which I don't qualify for it and I have told her that in the beginning. The interest rate on the loan will he said will be 4.9% without incentives and if you take without incentives then you will pay 1-2% extra. I told the sales rep to call Nina since she was the one who accepted the offer. He went to get her until then my wife and kids came. My wife went to use restroom. He came back told me she is gone for the day. I walked by the manager bench guess who I see...my favorite gal Nina talking to the manager. I told the sales rep that she is here talking to the manager, guess what he told me: “Internet rep” don’t talk to customer. I even insisted and started walking towards her I told her wait I want to talk to you..wait..wait..she sees me walking said few stuff with bad face(any one can guess what she said ..i read her lips..she said ***…)to the manager and start walking by the back door. On her way back she crossed my wife..while she was walking she said dam *** and this *** people. Luckily or unluckily my wife heard it while coming back from the restroom. I asked sales manager I want to talk to manager. We told him that Nina asked manager about the price he said he is the main manager and Nina did not tell her anything. He was really rude, loud tone and I asked then who did she talk to then? He said he doesn’t know. I asked him how come your sales rep didn’t tell you that I have called you and she was really rude to us. He said he will take care of it but funny thing is his name is (John Davis). Isn’t it co incident that she was at the manager desk talking to John and not even talk about us coming there to pick up the car. I asked him if I can have his name(manager) or the owner name I wanted to complain about you. He said I am not giving it to you. There were 4 other sales man were there I asked them to give me the number of the corporate and your manager name. They said “NO”. I told him(John) that I need you name please. He said wait I will give it to you. He was wasting time with others. I waited 10 min before I got the number and the name of that manager. That is ridiculous. They are CHEATER and they just wanted to have customer come in and waste their time. In all this what I hate most is that my kids missed their feeding time, they have to be fed outside in the parking lot in the stroller just because this *** people wanted cheat the customer. I will never going back there again and I hope you all do the same thing. Please send to all the people you can because this people needs to get FIRED…I trusted Nissan because I had my first car as 2001 Nissan Altima for 15 years. Next day I went to Accord dealership and bought a car from there without any hesitation.

Horrible Customer Service! Rude and uncaring. Recall on 2009 Nissan cube - I was told because it had 126818 miles. there was nothinh they would do to assist me and that since I had not had service completed at Nissan they would also not assist with financing the cost of the repairs-Because I did not "show" LOYALTY.
