I need to submit a serious complaint against nissan Egypt Zahraa maady as I have problem in my AC and they refused to solve it by saying we are sorry we can't know the root cause of this error although my car still new and in warranty period
Adding that the staff in call Centre totally unprofessional and every time I called to submit a complaint they refused to give me a complaint number to be tracked and my next call answering me by (we can't do any thing if you didn't have complaint number
So really I am Suffering from nissan Egypt and I need to escalate my complaint urgently
