New car experience I purchased a 2016 Nissan rogue in 2016 It was supposed to be a brand new car the car was disgustingly dirty inside and numerous scratches and marks on the outside of the body I purchased the car it was on a rainy night I did not notice at night the damage that was on the car or in the car I did not inspect it very well once I got home the next day I looked in the car and on the outside there was so many scratches all over the car car was filthy on the inside sticky candy kid handprints I called Nissan and told them about the issue they told me to bring the car back and that they would take it out for a complete detail and fix all the scratches I asked them to trade the car for me for different car that this car was not new they informed me t was supposed to be a to trade the car for me for different car that this car was not new they informed me that They couldn’t do anything for me at this point because I had already purchased the car so basically I’m stuck with a piece of crap car I am very extremely dissatisfied with me son and my experience I have gone back since 2016 several times to talk to different managers getting put off every time telling me that I have to make a down payment of $5000 to trade the car in which I don’t see that fair to me I’m still experiencing issues with the car till this day no one has been able to stick to their word each manager tells me something different I brought the car back in 2016they were supposed to send it out for me to get a complete detail into fix all the scratches which they did not do They sent it out but they did the detailing first so which consist of washing the car the body and on the inside so when they wash the body all of the marks that we put on the car which were over 35 marks on my car of damage the hood was completely all dinged up with rocks look like it had hit my windshield still up to now has a little crack in it but you cannot see it unless you look to it closely I informed the manager of what was going on and each time he said that he would take care of me he did not do it I am completely dissatisfied I have tried to do all I can do and be patient and wait for someone to help me but it’s already 2018 I am tired of waiting I have no more patience they sent it out but they did the detailing first so which consist of washing the car the body and on the inside empty bottles underneath the seat dirty napkins in the car I have gone in several times and nothing has been done 100% dissatisfied customer I will never purchase another Nissan again my experience with you guys something should be done with this car they keep telling me that I have to pay $5000 that is not fair to me I purchased a brand new car I should’ve gotten a brand new car not a used car not a car that was driven from Indiana to Illinois and the person who brought it from Indiana to Illinois had kids in the car which destroyed the car from the inside with their dirty handprints of candy and papers and empty bottles underneath the seats dirty napkins in the car I have gone in several times and nothing has been done 100% dissatisfied customer I will never purchase another Nissan again my experience with you guys one awful I purchased a brand new Toyota In 2015 my experience with them was awesome their car was not damaged no marks on the body immaculately clean on the inside still had paper down for the mats this car you could tell was brand new My experience with Nissan totally dissatisfied

Nissan's policy Nationwide is that once the consumer purchases a vehicle, they are on their own. Nissan will not make good any wrongs that they have inflicted on the consumer.

I have been trying to take this public for two years.

Nobody will take on Nissan. They deserve a five star rating in scamming!!!
