I sent my 2011 Nissan Sentra to the Antioch Nissan dealership service department to find out why this vehicle is having difficulty at cold-starting. The service advisor said they needed to charge me an extra hour because the certified tech.

had difficulty in finding the cause of the problem. When they made the necessary repairs ($1394.68); I had to return the vehicle back a few days later for the same problem had reoccurred. The tech. advised that I should have the engine replaced because the engine was leaking oil and that their was sludge.

Great news!

These Nissan techs are supposed to have all this experience with Nissan vehicles because that's all they work on and I end up having to pay ($1394.68) for nothing!! Bad diagnosis is costly and to get a second opinion is going to add more to my cost!!
