BROUGHT CAR IN FOR FIRST SERVICE. TOLD PERSON I WAS TAKING CAR TO FLORIDA FROM NEW YORK AND WANTED FULL CHECK UP.

SHE WASN'T LISTENING AND WAS TRULY RUDE. AFTER SERVICE ASKED FOR HELP IN USING NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND TOLD NOT THEIR PROBLEM, SALESMAN SHOULD HAVE SHOWED ME HOW TO USE.

WHEN i ASKED FOR SOMEBODY TO SHOW ME, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS, CALLED FOR HELP OVER THE PA AND NOTHING HAPPENED, AGAIN i WENT TO HER TO HELP AND SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS. GOODBYE TO nISSAN OF HUNTINGTON, YOU LOST A STEADY MAINTENANCE CLIENT AND FUTURE BUYER.

The service dept. is not the one to help you with the GPS, etc.

For that, you need to go to the salesman who sold you the car or any other salesman. The service guys don't have time to teach customers about the controls, etc. inside the vehicle.

Their responsibility is to repair mechanicals on the vehicle. Your complaint is out of order.
