Nissan Juke 2012

Good morning I need help with my car (Nissan Juke 1.6) I am Nokulunga Mkhwanazi staying in Pine Town (KwaDabeka E-section) in KZN. In the beginning of 2012 (09 January 2012) I bought a car Nissan Juke 1.6. Then in months I noticed dat the back door at my left hand side is whiter than the others while I was still at that when opening the door ( the drivers side) its handle fell off, I then went to the nearest Nissan which was Empirial Nissan Empangeni, I told them about the matter they said I must remind them when the car is due for service which I did. On the day of service they asked me for warranty book which I didn't have. I then went back to the sales person (at Shaka Auto Sale)  they told me to go to Empirial Nissan Emobeni because its where they bought it I went there and explained everything to them they said the people who should be talking to them are the ones who bought the car from them not me. I've been up and down ever since trying to resolve the matter with the Shaka Auto Sales people but they don't seem interested in sorting out the issue. The car has a lot of faults (its the right hand door handle, and there is a dent coming from the inside, the door that is whiter than the car, the warranty book that wasn't given to me as it was a new car).

Nissan - RADIO SCREEN BLOB
DURING THE COLD WEATHER IN FEBRUARY WERE TEMPERATURE WAS CLOSE TO 32F,THE RADIO SCREEN WERE THE CLOCK IS SHOWED AN ORANGE CIRCLE COVERING THE CLOCK. I CALLED NISSAN TO LET THEM THAT THIS SHOULD NOT OCCUR. THEY REFERED ME TO A DEALER WHO TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE THE RADIO FOR $700+ OR INSTALL AFTER MARKET RADIO BUT THE ORIGINA KNOBS WILL NOT WORK. THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID SINCE MY CAR WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND I HAD 100k MILES ON IT I SHOULD EXPECT FAILURES IN ELECTRONICS.REALLY! I HAD MANY CARS NEVER THIS PROBLEM. DO NOT BUY NISSAN SINCE THEY DO NOT STAND BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AND EXPECT THEIR CLIENTS TO ACCEPT IT.

Nissan in Dallas, Texas - Clay cooley is fradulant

I purchased a brand new 2013 nissan rogue in november 2012 when it was cold..in march it got hot so i tried to turn on my AC and to my surprise the air was blowing HOT.. I TOOK TO SERVICE AT CLAY COOLEY NISSAN WHERE I PURCHASED MY CAR THINKING IT JUST NEEDED SOME COOLANT BUT I WAS TOLD BY SERVICE MAN THAN IN FACT MY CONDENSOR has been damaged by a small rock ( they think) and that it would cost me $900 to fix and warranty does not cover this. As i explained to them and to nissan corporate and tried to complain direct to MR CLAY COOLEY HIMSSELF IS HOW DO I KNOW THIS DAMAGE WAS NOT ALREADY DONE BEFORE I BOUGHT CAR because i purchased car in winter so had no reason to turn on AC UNTIL THE WEEKEND IN MARCH AND AIR WAS HOT...so long story short i have called and called and soo many different people and ALL CLAIM THAT THEY WILL HELP AND CALL ME BACK BUT AFTER 20 to 25 calls to these people NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK...

Nissan service of queens rob you blind

They had my truck for a month can find what is the problem, they changed the battery, a fuse and a wire that did mot need to change ,gave me a loner, after almost two weeks with out a car, now they say is the computer i don't even now if actually is because every time i take the truck home wouldn't start, now the want to charge me for the car loaner as a rental. Also banged my door by the people who parked the cars. I am very upset with the service and the person who took care of me.

Nissan 2013 Pathfinder Problems

Here is an update: Our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder is less then 90 days old. it has been in the shop 4 times and 2 of those times for a week. I have been dealing with corporate who honestly hasn't done one thing to compensate us or even fix what is going on. They even denied our request to buy it back or replace it! I even called them last week and informed them this vehicle is going to be the cause of an accident and under my bumper to bumper warranty I want a rental car in which they stated "we can't force you to drive an unsafe car but we also can't get you a rental car until we figure out how to fix it."So what am I suppose to do walk my 2 year old and 8 year old everywhere we need to go?!?! Local dealership manager has drove the car and has confirmed numerous times that there is a problem but they can't figure out why its doing it. The problem is continually getting worst, it jerks back and forth like it is a stick shift out of gear! It started only doing it at low speeds but now it does it at all speeds, freeway and parking lots! I am already looking into lemon law attorneys!!! Nissan has been the worst company to ever deal with I can't believe it is actually legal to tell someone who has a bumper to bumper warranty to come and pick up your broken brand new vehicle because we don't know how to fix it! This company makes me sick to my stomach!

Nissan in Mohali, Punjab Province - Problem of spares

I had brought Micra Nissan from Bhagat Nissan, Mohali in November, 2011. Being winters so the AC of the company was not in use. But in mid of March I approached the company that The AC of the car is not functioning properly so kindly check the same. It was conveyed to me that there was leakage in the AC gas pipe and we will refill the gas and mean time order for the fresh pipe to replace the same for that they said company has delivery time of 22 days. Then I again visited the company in July, 2012 but in vain.After that I am repeatedly contacting the service people but in vain. Today I called up a company representative to ask him about the present status but he said till now we have not received any confirmation from the company. I conveyed them that by this reply you are insisting me to approach the consumer court and the gentlemen on phone has a surprising and shocking reply ( sir you are most welcome to go to the courts) after listening this now I have totally lost faith in the company and will off sure go to the court with this issue. At last I would say that a company like nissan not able to manage their customers in India when they are still trying the capture the market then how can we trust on them to further buy any product of the company
