I lost my trust in your company products.

after 2 weeks owning a new sunny 2013, i found a fiber which is over the fronted glass is laying under. i went to your agency (modern motors) in Egypt (dokki station and abou rawash)to fix it several time but they failed. after 6000 km suddenly i heard whizzed sound of brake lining. i went to abou rawash station ,they sanded it and said it is ok. at the next day i heard the same sound so, i went again with the same problems (brake lining and the front glass). they said we should substitute the brake lining, brake master and drums but unfortunately we don't have drums or brake lining. i went to dokki station and there they changed brake lining and drums. after 10,000 km i heard a horrible sound came with accelerating speed. i went to auto egypt ( abou rawash). engineering there diagnosed as a rear wheel bearing. as the same, they don't have spare part. my car is there in the station since 5 days with no progress. really i am on the way to hate Nissan Sunny. also my friends owning the same modules, but they still in safe. please help me by anyway. i lost a lot of time , trust and money. please don't lose your reputation in Egypt.

Nissan 2013 altima sl

Just awful! I've taken car in six times for leaky moonroof and it still leaks! Solution- keep moonroof cover closed so you don't get sprayed!? Other solution- don't use car wash. Brilliant! The car was supposed to get 38mpg only gets 29, cabin is noisy, cvt is awkward at best and the screen for stereo system is cheap and looks like it has a million scratches. Periodically the stereo system will turn off for no reason and can't be turned back on til car is stopped and restarted. Not worth the money, I honestly think this is the worst car I have ever purchased.

Nissian Hackensack Service, Hackensack NJ

Nissian Hackensack Service_highly recommending you stay Away and Clear from this place!!! It's no longer a car dealership they moved to Paramus on RT 4, however if you purchased or leased a car from Paramus Nissian, their car service department is in Hackensack. If you are expecting excellent or at least mediocre consumer service you are in for a rude awaking! Less than two months of having the car, had a feed back and rattling noise. Brought it to service where i was told the feedback noise is normal but the rattling noise is bad. Which, was not case both noises were related. They were booked that day and asked me to bring it in the following week and will have a loaner available since their tech had no clue what was wrong with the car. When I dropped off my car, I was brought out the loaner car, which was full of bird droppings and apparently if I didn't have the time to wait for a car wash, it's what I would of been driving!!! I said to the lady, why am I not receiving the same car or better to what I am currently leasing? Her replied, "this is what we have available". Which did not sit well with me since I was schedule for a loaner a week ago. This loaner came with exterior damages including a headlight not functioning ( in which I was unaware until a cop pulled me over). When I called to inform them , "sorry its all we have", was their answered. This is dangerous as well as outrageous and embarrassing. Its been more then a week and I still haven't received my car, in which I am constantly being told "still waiting on parts" and this is if i even get through since they don't answer their phones. As much as I continued to bring these unacceptable experiences to so call management attention, I realized I was being ignored. This situation is not being handle professionally. Their services/actions along with their management is poor. Hence, why I had to open a case compliant with Nissian Corporate. They are now currently handling this nightmare. ( 800.343.6913 ) Lesson learn, this experience has left me with a distasteful and unpleasant feeling. Makes me question how Nissian could even associate its self with this service department. If your car requires service, please take it to another Nissian service department. When I called Paramus Nissian sales department to inform them how unprofessional their service department is to my surprise their replied was "we know, your not the first to complain". But yet, they continue to do business with these people by sending their customers there for service. Hackensack Nissian Service lacks Empathy, attentiveness, clear communication skills and the ability to use positive language. This type of of service is unacceptable!!! I really hope they get investigated. A complete 360 needs to be done there. Moving forward, I will not be bringing my car there and most likely not be returning to Nissian after my lease has ended, due to this bad experience. You can thank the director, sales manager, and their receptionist over @ Nissian Hackensack Service.

Dealership messed up my vehicle and expects me to pay

My car started slowing down, and I had it towed to the dealership in Roanoke Rapids, Nc. I spoke with the service manager the next morning, and it took him 3 days to get back just to tell me that I need a new transmission. Luckily, bc I'm under warranty, the transmission and the labor was FREE! The service manager calls me back to let me know that I needed a new starter and that my air ducts needed to be replaced which would total $300. I told him no, and to just put the transmission in my car. He then called me the next day and stated that im a lucky person bc i just got a new starter for free (his mechanic dropped my starter) and that my air ducts are fine. Interesting...he was so pushy to have my come out of my pocket for something THAT THEY BROKE! When I went to go pick my car up, 2 weeks later, my air bag sensor light was blinking, my horn didn't work, and the buttons on my steering wheel did not work. The service manager came up there, on his day off, to speak to me. The problem was that he smelled like alcohol (very unprofessional). We began to discuss the issues with my car, and he said that nothing worked when he received it (which is not true...I have 2 witnesses that can say otherwise). Then he told me that he's not responsible for the inside of my car...and that they will not be doing anything else for free bc I will be paying for it. The other service manager there told my boyfriend that the mechanic told him while working on my car that the sensor light came on, and that he assumed that the service manager called to tell me that. So I called corporate and spoke with Emily. While explaining what happened she said, "I've spoken with John before, he's such a great manager, and I can't believe that this happened!" So, they go by first name basis now? Emily called me back and stated that when she spoke with Nissan, they only had two mechanics on duty and that they weren't responsible for the damages. She also stated that I had no proof to back up my story! If I were to get into an accident, my airbag will not inflate. Nissan doesn't care about the safety of their customers! My entire family has been loyal to Nissan for decades. My car will be paid off next month, and I was actually considering buying a new vehicle. But after the poor service with the dealership and with coroporate, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM NISSAN!

2013 Nissan Pathfinder Transmission

I leased the '13 Pathfinder, my first "new" vehicle in November '12. Within the first month I started experiencing what everyone is calling the "juddering" issue. It took 3 different times going into the service department because they told me they couldn't fix the issue unless I could replicate the problem. Finally on the 4th attempt it did it. I also had a faulty passenger side airbag that was a recall defect. Nissan is sticking with this is not a safety issue. I have researched online and what seems to be a nationwide common issue, if you continue to drive your vehicle with the judder it eventually just loses power while you're driving. How is that NOT a safety issue? I refused to take back my car until they fix it but I am still paying a hefty monthly payment for a $55k car that is useless to me. With all these numerous complaints of the same exact issue, why is Nissan not doing anything??? I will never buy a Nissan again.

2013 Nissan Altima is Garbage

My car pulls to the left consistantly, and I have had it back to the dealership 6 times Bommarito Nissan of St. Louis refuses to do anything to correct the problem and Nissan USA says nothing is wrong with this car. They do not stand behind their product and I will do everything I can do let everyone know how they support their consumers. The distance to empty computer has also never worked since I bought this car brand new. It took 2 weeks for Nissan USA to get back to me and the guy that came to look at the car was more like a lawyer and not for consumer complaints. I will tell the news and everyone I know how Nissan treats their customers.

My 2013 Altima is a piece of garbage. The transmission went out at and had to be replaced at 9,000 miles.

I purchased this car new from Canon Nissan in Jackson, MS.

Now the car shakes and the dealership acts as if nothing is wrong. Can anyone help?

The cars that were made in there were awful. I was told from a Nissan Dealership that the workers were on strike and just threw the cars today.

I purchased mine there also but took it back because it keep cut off in the middle of the road while driving. It your transmission has already gone out you need to get rid of it.

They are Liars

I got a used Certified vehicle from a Nissan Dealer - Woodbine Nissan in Etobicoke, Ontario. They said its accident free and now when i got it inspected from a different mechanic in Saskatchewan, they showed me the car was hit and it still have a bent Re-Bar on the front. The dealer lied to me about it and when i talk to them now they say It was not a part of safety inspection in Toronto. I cant believe how a vehicle can pass a safety test with parts missing and bent from inside. They did not check the vehicle properly. And the bar has rust on it and its pretty old.

Clarington Nissan, wow it was a great experience, thanks Rick for helping me and I love my New Frontier.

Guest

I agree most of the Dealers are crooks , however I went to Clarington Nissan a new dealership, and believe me they made us feel like royalty so I will be back for another vehicle no worries.

Guest

Have someone like Joey working there it makes it worse. I will never go near that man.

Guest

Word on the street is that Woodbine Nissan has had its franchise taken away by Nissan Canada. They'll be closed by June 1,2014.

Again, stay away from this bunch of ex GM bandits. Not to be trusted at all

Guest

Agreed. Stay away from these crooks.

This dealership was a GM dealership for 22 years. Still with same owner and staff from the GM days. Poor Nissan Canada is stuck with this bunch of clowns.

Stay away. :eek

Of all the dealers that I have visited, Nissan Woodbine is the WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an appointment between 2:30-3PM and arrived before 3 PM.

When we came customer representative Oliver whom I spoke with on the phone said he will make himself available to assist me. When we came he was with somebody else and told us to sit down because he is with a customer. After half an hour he approached us with his manager who also told us that Oliver is just finishing off a deal with a customer. Until 4:30 PM we were sitting there and it seemed like he has forgotten us.

I stood up and said we're leaving, and what he said I can't believe is "Oh I'm available now, if you want I can assist you now". The nerve of telling me, no respect for other people's schedule especially to a customer. He is available but do you think he even thought of I may not be available anymore as we have been waiting there for 1 1/2 hrs. Worst of all, I told him to just send me a quote thru email and no email whatsoever was sent.

I totally do not recommend this Nissan dealer. It's a totally different experience when I went to Toyota Dundas Mississauga. The customer representative is so professional and so patiently answer every question I ask him (with a very good sense of humor too).

If you really want a Nissan just go to Nissan Sherway but DO NOT GO TO WOODBINE NISSAN, THEY'RE THE WORST.

Careless dealer and ME office

Nissan - Careless dealer and ME office
Hi All; As you know that when we –the customers- decide to by a car, we usually put in our mind two main points: · Value and Quality of the auto brand. · The after sale service "honesty" I bought my Infiniti FX35/ 2009 four years ago, and I regularly checking it at Nissan workshop. Paying thousands to make sure that my car being served by a specialist technician. My last visit to the workshop I got shocked when I received a report of 4 pages (attached). As I usually do I trusted the report till I found that the technician reported that I need to change the Sparks (attached, page 1, line 6&7) that I already changed them in my previous check. When I informed the branch manager he called the technician and checked the history of my car, where he confirmed that the sparks already changed and the technician "assumed" that they are to be replaced. My complain is all about the word "assumed"! My question is "how many assumptions did the technician made that results in 4 pages repair estimate?? Are we paying money based on "assumption"?? I guess there are parts to be replaced and work to be done but the technician did not "assumed"!! Does Nissan accept to build it’s after sale service based on "assumption"?? Do you think that I can trust such a workshop anymore? I do not think that’s its only me whose complaining against Nissan workshop, now it’s known to every Nissan owner how does the workshop operate and how is the Nissan after sale coasts more than the car price which make it none valued car. ....... the above massage sent to the ME office on 3rd Jul , the communicated with me then the service center suspended the car maintenance telling that there is a complain and we should not start the work!!! an other email sent to the ME office as below :now since 15 days im waiting for my car and no one contacted me !! I never expect such level of customer service from both ME and dealer ..

2009 Nissan Maxima Sunroof Exploded

My daughter was driving down the hwy and her sunroof on her 2009 Maxima exploded. It scared her so bad that she had to put all and sit for a while. She did not know what had happen to her, and thank God both of her shades were closed because she could have been cut up or badly hurt. Even worse someone else could have been hurt and thank God no one was behind her. I called Nissan and they told me to take it to the Nissan Dealership and get an estimate. I did that only for them to call me back to say it could have been a rock or something. Seriously - don't you think something else would have happen if a rock hit the sunroof. WOW Come on Nissan - this has happen to - too many of your cars. My daughter and her father both bought one at the same time. Nissan come on and treat your people right.

Nissan 112 Patchogue - worst dealer

Dealing with Nissan 112, Medford, NY was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership. It was, perhaps one of the worst dealing with any company in my life. I believe they deliberately mislead, misinformed and under informed my daughter and I when she was purchasing a new car. When my daughter went there on her own to discuss the issue, they were condescending and insulting. Avoid this dealership. We have made over 8 trips back to the dealership. They promise to call but never call. They could not care less about a customer once they have your money.

"RH" - Thanks for the comments. I will do that.

In general, to this date I have received no communication at all from Nissan112. Bottom Line: They don't care.

From NissanUSA I did receive a phone call after writing 6 letters to various vice presidents and president of NissanUSA. At least they seemed to care.

2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL is ***

I bought a brand new Altima 2.5 SL top trim fully loaded, and right after 2 days of buying the car was recalled fro spare tire inspection. And right from first day I have been hearing popping sounds from the dashboard and lately from the rear end as well in the car. Had been to the dealer they say there is a fault with the face of the center console and they will replace it. But I know I hear popping sounds from everywhere in the car. Also it has a defective front passenger leather seat. The leather has creases and when I mentioned to the dealer they are not pretty sure of replacing it as according to them it is not substantial but they agree it is defective. But as a consumer a defect is a defect whether it is substantial or not. It is a $31,000 car and I feel I have been cheated. Can anyone in the forum advise me what are the steps as a consumer I can take to get this car either exchanged with anew car or get refunded?

I can tell you that consumer affairs at Nissan corp will act like they wanna help but wil fail to fulfill ANY requests. My 2013 sentra that I paid 19k for is rusting already and there's a design flaw in the windshield wipers and hood of the car. They don't care nor does the dealership.

Nissan tried to repo a car I already turned in

Updated by user Apr 02, 2013

Well, this just keeps getting better... I've faxed the documentation I received after I turned in my lease as proof and Nissan claims they can't find it.

They also cannot locate the Altima anywhere so they want me to file a police report. Why should I file the report? I did exactly what I was supposed to do to turn in this vehicle and have the proof to back it up.

What happened to the car after I turned it in is not my problem. This is getting so out of hand I am considering hiring a lawyer.

Original review Mar 29, 2013
I am very unhappy with Nissan to say the least. Back on 10/27/12 I went back to the same dealer I leased my ’09 Altima from to turn it in and possibly purchase a new vehicle. Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA said they could not get the bank to return a phone call since it was a Saturday evening. I said I would not have a ride if I turned my vehicle in that evening, so I made an appointment to return on October 31, 2012. They said they would have a new Altima (which I looked at and wanted to purchase) all ready for me when I turned in my lease on the 31st. I showed up with my son and the sales associate told me I didn’t qualify for a new Altima, but I could purchase a bare-bones Sentra, which – without my permission – he submitted a loan application for. I never looked at this Sentra, never drove it, never said I wanted it. The sales rep said that was the only car on their lot I qualified for – hmmmm. I returned my Altima, received a copy of the NMAC/IFC Vehicle Return Receipt and Federal Odometer Statement that was dated on October 27, 2012, which I questioned the sales team about. They said they filled out the paperwork when I was there on the 27th and had already submitted the vehicle’s return (which was news to me) and could not change the date. I left the dealer carless and unhappy. A few days later, I went across the street to Jim Tidwell Ford, who was more than happy to work with me. A few hours later I drove off the lot with a low miles 2011 Camry that they gave me a great deal on and I am very happy with. Fast-forward 5 months…Nissan called me a few times mid-March, left a few messages but never said why they were calling. I work full time, go to grad school full time, and have a family. This phone call was not high on my priority list to return since I have not heard a word from either the dealer or Nissan since October 31, 2012. On March 28, 2013 a tow truck showed up at my place of business to repossess the Altima that I returned on October 31, 2012. I immediately placed a call to Town Center Nissan and, amazingly enough, the person in charge of “paperwork” was not in. I left a message that has yet to be returned. I then called Nissan via the phone number supplied to me by the dealer. The woman I spoke with insisted that I called in October and told her the dealer would not take delivery of the Altima, so I could not return it. This is completely untrue. When I spoke to her I told her that I would return the vehicle on the 31st due to the fact that the dealer could not get a hold of a bank and I did not have a ride back home if I left it there that evening. I also told her I had an appointment to return the vehicle on the 31st. This woman was adamant about the fact that what she was saying was indeed true because she wrote it in her “notes,” that I was lying, and that I still had possession of the vehicle and was hiding it somewhere. Why would I transfer the tag I had on the Altima to my Camry and have a copy of the NMAC/IFC Vehicle Return Receipt and Federal Odometer Statement if this was the case? What happened to giving someone the benefit of the doubt? Apparently, Nissan representatives do not possess this quality. This needs to get rectified immediately and this had better not negatively impact my credit score. If it has, that needs to get resolved immediately as well. Because of this entire incident, I will never, ever purchase or lease another Nissan in my lifetime. And, I will ensure everyone else I speak to regarding purchasing or leasing a vehicle knows this as well.

To the pissed Nissan ex customer, I feel you. If a person who was not there can judge what happened he must have Psychic powers, or be an employee is what it sounds like.

How did he know you were a woman, you never mentioned that in your original post. I have been to that dealership, and many of the sales people lack the grasp of the English language. Another thing, How did you end up in a new Camry if your credit was that bad.

This guy is the one with the BS. I was also very unsatisfied with the sale personnel at the same dealership

How does a dealership loose a car and the paper work anyway?

Grad school for a GED - interesting concept - you must have graduated from there as well. If you read carefully, my genius friend, you would read that I applied for a loan on another Altima - but they ran the credit on a Sentra - hence the signed paperwork.

Did it ever occur to - you that maybe my credit is bad due to economic conditions? Probably not, because you sound too narrow minded, as many country type folk in GA do - yeehaw. Why on Earth, I wonder, would you so adamantly defend a dealership? Must have a connection somewhere.

Oh, and by the way, the Camry is not a base car - just figured I'd throw that one in there. Was this response worth it - hmmmmm, probably not, but I sure had fun writing a retort.

Guest

This Lady is full of PURE BS

A credit application can not be run without the person signing the credit form and providing proper ID. A sales rep can not run a credit report or submit a application.

Lady, if you only qualify for a base, bare bones Sentra... your credit can not get any worse, I have bought several vehicles from the Dealer you trashed and have always gotten a great deal and treated like family... All we hear is "your" side, Nissan and not the dealer may have made a mistake and you should know better yet you say you are in

"Grad School" for what a G.E.D ?

Good Luck with your old used Camry and why not tell us if it is a base car?!?!?!? hhhmmmmm????
