Nissan - HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP PRACTICES

My husband's aunt complained about her car dealership experience from ***, but I didn't realize it was the same dealership that we purchased our car from until I mentioned how bad ours was. We leased, she purchased her car, yet it was similar. Like ours, her sale was pushed through all in one day. We spent an inhumane amount of time in the dealership with not even a cup of water offered to us and no reassurance of when it would end (think seven hours in total.) At the end, the exorbitant fees are enough to wake you up for the drive after your LONG purchase (nobody discusses that until you're sitting with the well-dressed financial officer.) If you purchase your car at this dealership, be prepared to sit behind the wheel of your new vehicle feeling slimed. Nice car, not worth being dehumanized for! (Honda makes a fabulous car that handles the road beautifully, no drama.) The dealer also phoned us and reminded us that the dent in our car would be waived since we bought a new car from him and asked us to send in our review. Because of the bad job market I never want to be the cause of anybody losing their job. We gave them a fair review. Then we got the bill for the dent. He never did his end with the waiving of the car review and said we were asking too much. Shady. We never complain about sales experiences. The impression is that, except for the financial officer, the people we dealt with in that dealership were surviving their jobs and turning their burned feelings on their customers. Nissan Acceptance Corp keeps calling here and leaving messages to call them. I tried calling back and had to go through more than one or two prompts that lead to more prompts (expect to sit through two languages.) I was home so I picked up when they phoned today and told the guy that I needed a direct number for my husband to call. (They would not speak to me since my name is not on the agreement.) The man said, "You have to go through that process." I said, "Well then, somebody is going to have to call here and get him because --" The guy interrupted, "That's fine, ma'am, you have a nice day," and hung up. These people at Nissan are impatient and snappy. Either they have a penchant for hiring people who don't know how to take customer service to the next level or the company just sucks to work for! Back to Honda!

Nissan X-Trail - Severe manufacturing fault - Chassis seperation

Nissan X-Trail chassis weld separation on from drivers side. Welded seam around the shock mount seperated and began to split the metal. Upon expection from the repair centre (not Nissan) only two welds were present opposed to 5 on the opposite side plus no silicone sealant along the seam thus indicating that the car was never assembled correctly. The whole car 'sank' on that corner and rolled into corners whilst driving, rapidly becomming worse over just a few days. The car was never used off-road, a typical 'city SUV'. Nissan were informed with a full report of the assessed damage and after three letters to Nissan Australia customer service I was met with the most arrogant and rude customer service team I have ever encountered. Completely stonewalled and shut down, no acknowledgement whatsoever because they car was outside of the warranty period. After four months without my car waiting for parts to arrive from Japan and a $5k+ repair bill, Nissan would not even contact me in writing to confirm that they would not honour any of my out of pocket expenses because 'it is not in their policy'. I had to be satisfied with a *** phonecall from someone in a call centre basically telling me that they were not interested. There are a lot of Nissan X-Trails around and I am in no doubt that this is a very rare circumstance. However, I could not be more disgusted at the unproffessionalism and lack of empathy I encountered whilst trying to deal with Nissan. Bottom line - I would never buy another Nissan.

The service dept. is not the one to help you with the GPS, etc. For that, you need to go to the salesman who sold you the car or any other salesman. The service guys don't hav...

Nissan 2013 altima sl

Just awful! I've taken car in six times for leaky moonroof and it still leaks! Solution- keep moonroof cover closed so you don't get sprayed!? Other solution- don't use car wash. Brilliant! The car was supposed to get 38mpg only gets 29, cabin is noisy, cvt is awkward at best and the screen for stereo system is cheap and looks like it has a million scratches. Periodically the stereo system will turn off for no reason and can't be turned back on til car is stopped and restarted. Not worth the money, I honestly think this is the worst car I have ever purchased.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM UNITED NISSAN IN LAS VEGAS

I bought a Nissan Versa 2012 in April that had 6000 mile on it. Today I bought my vehicle into United Nissan for repair om October 11 2013, my vehicle has 11, 900 miles on it. I have only had it for 6 months and have only driven about 5500 miles. The Mechanic that inspected my vehicle told me all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced , they were below specs.. I asked how could this be? I only have 11, 900 miles on the vehicle and tires should last a minimum of 30,000 miles. The mechanic and service adviser was surprised as I was. I was told to speak with the person who sold me the vehicle (Alejandra Chave) and so I did, Alejandra told me I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you, however if you want to trade your vehicle in I can help you with that. I explained Alejandra. I didn't want to trade my vehicle in, all I wanted was what was fair. I told the her that they should replace all 4 tires and that if they had done the inspection correctly 6 months ago we wouldn't be having this conversation today. I asked to speak with Her sales manager because she was no help at all, and was giving me the run around. The sales manager said sorry can't help you and tried to send me back to the service manager. I felt that I was running in circles and everyone was passing the buck, with NO ONE taking responsibility for their actions. If I had know that this was the kind of treatment and service that I would get at United Nissan I would have NEVER had purchased a vehicle from them, I am going to tell ALL my friends NOT to buy a vehicle from UNITED NISSAN and that their a shady dealership. 11,900 miles on my vehicle and I need 4 new tires? Whats wrong with this picture? Listed in: United Nissan on Yelp

2013 Nissan Altima is Garbage

My car pulls to the left consistantly, and I have had it back to the dealership 6 times Bommarito Nissan of St. Louis refuses to do anything to correct the problem and Nissan USA says nothing is wrong with this car. They do not stand behind their product and I will do everything I can do let everyone know how they support their consumers. The distance to empty computer has also never worked since I bought this car brand new. It took 2 weeks for Nissan USA to get back to me and the guy that came to look at the car was more like a lawyer and not for consumer complaints. I will tell the news and everyone I know how Nissan treats their customers.
