Nissan Usa - Lemon Law? 2016 Maxima

Nice car. Nice ride. Nice Looking. ... but on a recent trip, we ran into sporadic ice and minimal snow on Interstate 80 in Nebraska. Traffic was flowing at a pretty high rate of speed, but we were the slowest car on the road due to handling conditions. Wherever ice had accumulated on bridges or below overpasses each time the car hit a patch of ice the rear end wanted to come forward and spin out of control. Tire pressures were good...the wind was tailing..and we had plenty of weight in the car to hold it to the road. Can find no reports of similar incidents with other Nissan Cars. Anybody out there have any input?? Regards, Lynn

Hi, My name is Nicole Pickett, I have had several issues with my 2016 Maxima, This is my 3rd Nissan Maxima, and this by far has been the worst experience, I have been to the dealership at least 8-10 times since I've owned this car, pieces keep falling off of my brand new 2016 Maxima, how embarrassing! I have spoke to the dealership, I have even spoke to Shawn from Nissan headquarters, no one is taking my concerns seriously or even trying to help with my situation, I want to be sent to someone who can help me please, all of the problems I've had with this car, I want another one, because this is ridiculous, Nissan's are normally the best, but I guess not the first batch, someone please help me, I can be reached at 901-736-4351 or nicolepickett83@gmail.com
