Rusted under carriage and caused brake line issues. Car was very well cared for and the brakes cost $4000 to repair, really?

This should be a recall because of rusting since this is a know issue with Nissan. I loved my pathfinder and the brake line being exposed due to known rusting issues should be covered under rusting rules and fixed as part of a recall. I have heard this same issue with several owners. Nissan is unresponsive on this issue and it is sad.

I guess off to buy a new car I go. Maybe Toyota this time, this would have been my 5th Nissan but oh well.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I see you don't bother telling us where you are from. A rusty undercarriage is not grounds for a recall. It happens.
