Dear SirHope you are so fine I am a client to your respectable company in Egypt, purchased on 11.11.2013 Nissan Model 2014.a Big incident has got me on 08.13.2014, As a result of explosion the Front tire of the car, which led to the car coup more than three times With the result that the car is a total loss and I have been affected by where I have a break compressed three paragraphs, Which led to the partial disability.I treat them so far, and it influenced my career where the pain of my back uses painkillers permanently.First the airbags drive did not open despite the magnitude of the incident and the coup car more than once and the damage of car from the front and back according to witnesses and the condition of the car and police record causing many injuries and many bruises, the most influential is to break compressed in the three paragraphs I went to the agent Nissan in Egypt and communicated what had happened and make it clear there is a defect industry in the airbags of the car, but he was not impressed and did not pay attention. I went to the consumer protection system in Egypt and filed a complaint to prove my right to the product (the car Nissan) defective airbag industry and that did not quite work when the incidentI also made an official warning of Nissan company in Egypt object-based industrial zone Cycle- Sixth of October CityNote:I can provide you with the entire document that supports my subject as follow: 1-Report of the police to prove the incident which illustrates doing examine the car, this underlines the lack of open airbags2- The insurance policy on the car.3- Report supported from Modern Motors Company (service and maintenance station) 4- Report of a medical case of the infected and affected by the three paragraphs prove as a result of the incident 5- Official warning compensation for material and moral damage caused by a car in the Egyptian market offering non-conforming 6-Car license number p QQ 435 As owned to MR. 2014 Nissan Murano Review

2014 nissa murano broke down left me stranded and nissan picked up vehicle and towed it to a dealer 257 miles from my home. I am stranded with no vehicle over 200 miles from my home and nissan response " that is the best we can do" I plan to post my complaint on my Facebook request all family and friends to not buy nissan and post on their Facebook my ordeal.

Nissan parts made on the moon

After numerous issues with Fords, I decided to purchase a Nissan truck for my business. It was used, though it was obviously taken care of by former owner. Not long into my purchase, I had issues and took it to the Nissan dealership for repairs. They ordered parts and 7 days later and I'm still waiting. They only made a superficial inspection of the vehicle and as a result were "assuming" they knew what the issue was. Who knows whether the parts will be adequate or whether more ordering will be necessary. Never in my life as a fifty two year old, not from any automotive shop have I ever been made to wait for more than three days for any vehicle part. Usually they come the next day with a third day wait on occasion. Yet Nissan can't or won't expedite my truck parts that supposedly come from 3500 miles across the country. Seriously, unless you want issue with Nissan parts for their used vehicles, stay clear of Nissan. As a contractor, the cost of my repair will more than double due to lost wages, disgruntled customers and rental car fees. I've only owned this car two weeks and I've already decided this will be my last from them. Incidentally, the Nissan rep from TN just called to respond to my phone complaint yesterday. Needless to say he had no answers to my questions and appears to simply confirm the problem by calling the dealer who is performing the work. This is indicative of the real problem and in other posts here: Nissan does not resolve consumer issues or do anything to actually provide the service they claim to offer. I have a suggestion for all. Anytime any business raves about their service- run. Such companies only speak this way in an effort to make us for their past failures to consumers and poor service in the past. A quality reputable company NEVER talks about how great their service is- they don't have to as their work and products speak for themselves. ...and no, I don't think Nissan will ever recognize this fact...

Nissan Customer Care Review

Horrible Customer Service! Rude and uncaring. Recall on 2009 Nissan cube - I was told because it had 126818 miles. there was nothinh they would do to assist me and that since I had not had service completed at Nissan they would also not assist with financing the cost of the repairs-Because I did not "show" LOYALTY.

Nissan in Jeddah, Makkah - They took my money, promised delivery after a week. No car yet after a month! (Saudi Arabia)

I purchased a Nissan Maxima 2014 through my local bank (NCB). Before the down payment, I was showered with kind words and offered sweets and drinks. After I made the payment, he advised me to choose a color which is available in this city in order to speed up the delivery, so I had a limited choice of picking colors Since I needed a car ASAP, I complied and chose a color which was available in stock. I was thus promised to receive the car next Sunday (exactly one week), but when the week arrived and I called the salesman, he stopped picking up his phone after the first answer, despite my making sure to follow common courtesy not to bother him constantly or call him out of his office hours. Then I called him with a different number and BAM! he picks up the phone, knows that It's me again, tells me quiet impatiently that he has no idea when I will receive the car and it's "no longer his responsibility". I was then given the number of the supervisor and called him only to be redirected to another person. Now ever since through personal visits to the showroom, I am being promised that they will deliver the car "tomorrow". A month has passed since and so far nothing. Worse, this other guy is also ignoring my calls and giving me the finger and I just came to know that the car is in fact in another city "pending arrival". I am afraid that they will give me a test-drive car or something that had issues getting passed. I just complained to their head office "Alissa Auto" and gave them a deadline until this Thursday. I am planning to withdraw my cash and complain to ministry of commerce if the deadline passes and I am not properly compensated for the lost time and receive a car in perfect condition. I wonder how much trouble i will go through as long as I will continue owning a Nissan. Morale of the story: You are given the finger the minute you made the payment!

offered a warranty for tire when the time i bought the car but afterward when i came to ask blamed me for not getting the paper work, which i had not seen one since the time getting the car. also the manager was so not well trained which blamed everything on the customer it self and did not even give u a chance to speak.

Shady Sales Staff at Auto Nation Nissan/Lewisville TX

Nothing by shade. Dishonest Sales staff and finance will slickly have you to sign a Arbitration Agreement to protect them from all the lies they tell you. Make sure you read all documents, even if it takes 5 hours! You can say no to their extended warranty and they will add it anyway and hopes that you don't catch it. They add 700 to every auto for tinted windows even is there are no tinted windows. The will tell you additional features are added and after you sign contract you will find those features are not added. They got a real scam going on ...BEWARE!!
