Nissan complaint
I purchsed a 2007 nissan maxima se fully loaded even with nav in 9/07. The second day, I was driving home from work when I heard a rattling sound coming from the rear driver side of the car, I stopped by the dealer and they told me to bring it in for service. I said you kidding me!! I took it in for service 7 differant times from 10/07 to today and they still cant fix the problem. I been fighting with 800-NISSAN1 to exchange to car, I even file a complant with the better business bureau about nissan. Its been 6 months and nothing. One of the 7 times I took it to service, they left greasey finger marks on the back part of my head liner, that was 2 1/2 months ago and still there. I had enough of Nissan, Never again and I can see my self in COURT fighting for a new car. If I wanted a car that makes rattling noises, I would of purchused a used/pre owened vehicle.. Beware, think before you purchuse a Nissan Vehicle because theres nothing but problems with them...Next time I go and purchuse a car, I will skip the Nissan dealship!!!
