Another Maxima 2004 owner with jerking transmission problem

I have a maxima 2004, I am From Monterrey Mexico and I have the same problem as many of you who own a maxima 2004. all have jerking from 3 to 2 or from 1 to 2 in transmission. Very expensive car with expensive problem that Nissan wont make a recall.....to bad Nissan is loosing clients. I will start telling this in newspapers, magazines, etc.. untill Nissan make a Recall.

Nissan dealers are only giving solutions that does not work on the car, they are making you pay money untill they say: " The only solution is to change the transmission for a new one......" HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE, WHAT ABOUT NISSAN MANUFACTURESR????????? Where the #$%@# are they????????
