2004 nissan maxima needs transmission

3. 5 years and 68k mileage. transmission goes out. nissan will not cover due to 5yr/60k customer service is horrible they take two weeks to tell me no help. I try to call them but have to wait for them to call me. Get new transmission and must be re-programmed. Nissan service techs do not know how to do this. four days of waiting for them to find someone who knows what they are doing. I will never ever again buy a nissan vehicle. car should not have transmission problem at 68k. was well maintained and all service work was done in a timely manner
