I purchase a carat the downey Nissan in California they have the worst service all they care is how many car they sell and when u have a problem with your car they are very slow.

I sent my car in for a service and when i went to fetch it it was not washed they handed it to me as it was. i expect my car to be washed after a service i cannot believe they handed my car to me without having washed it!!! i am then told they will come and fetch my car to have it washed and i am supposed to be happy about it?!! so i am guessing i have petrol to spend because they did not do what... My wife has a 2011 Maxima. I thought it was a great car until the transmission failed while driving on the interstate. I had to roll the car over off the road with semi-trucks flying by. It was very dangerous!! The car has 85,000 miles. Only highway miles. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs. They simply did nothing. I took it to Nissan dealer for diagnose . My 2011 Nissan Juke broke down on the way to work with only 68,000 miles on it. Upon sending the Juke to the dealership, I was told that they believe it had a broken timing chain. The dealership wanted to charge me $500 to diagnose how much damage was done by the broken chain and then depending on the amount of damage, possibly a $7,000 engine replacement. The cvt transmissions that are used in the nissan rogue are inferior and do not last. Even if they are taken care of and serviced as advised. Cost of replacement, &3000. John Sisson refused to help us. Don't ever but the rogue or any car from nissan that has this transmission, or be prepare to replace it. I want contacted by nissan to explain to me why these transmissions are not reliable.... Read more

Nissan - would not honor the warranty

As can be seen from the pictures below and the letter issued by Nissan they refuse to honor their warranty for the Rims that came with my 2011 frontier truck.
