I have a 2008 Altima that has a sticky and shiny dashboard which is causing safety concerns with the glare which is blinding. Nissan refuses to do anything. I'm not the only one with this problem. Nissan an Wallace in Stuart Florida will never see my business again. This is the families 5th Nissan. Add comment

The service engine soon light is on, I knew what was wrong and have been in contact with Nissan motors case #22038478 about it because there was a recall for the problem but my vehicle was not included and Nissan motors said I have to have a dealership run the diagnosis before they will help so I did and now Nissan motors is not going to help with it and I spent $131.00 at ABC Nissan to tell me what I already knew. I fill that Nissan consumer affairs was not honest with me, they know the criteria for when Nissan motors will help and they... Read more

I bought a new Nissan Rogue a couple of months ago. When I developed a problem,, I called their customer service line. They play these games with you. They call you and let you tell them your problem just to tell you they will have some one else to call you. I went through this about 5 times until finally, I was told by some one named Jake that I should send all my info to some one called Courtney. He gave me her email and telephone number. I sent all my info about my expenses when my new Rogue stranded me by the highway. Nissan had... Read more

Hello TO ALL DISAPPOINTED NISSAN MURANO OWNERS! I looked on craiglist and saw a sea of muranos for sale...next to nothing with crack transfer cases. The transmissions are not the problem (that's why they cover them), they are fairly sound! Its the tiny transfer case that takes the abuse of constant heat from rotation. The heat breaks down the gear oil, which in turn wears the bearings and shortens the life of the transfer case! And Nissan knows it and can't do anything about it because it would mean removing their crossover SUV that is so... Read more

My SUV was diagnosed with a manufacturing defective transmission and now has issues with the transmission cooler pipes splitting causing cross contamination between the radiator coolant & transmission fluid. Which resulted in a failure to the automatic transmission. The cross contamination had to have a new transmission, transmission cooler hoses & radiator replaced.I called Nissan corp and they are refusing to take responsibility I told them that they are putting familys in a dangerous situation. I also explained to them when I purchased my... Read more

I have been having brake pressure issues and i called nissan to see if there is a recall and nope there is not. But reading all reviews and so many other people having the same issue, i dont see why itis not. I spoke to a nissan employee and she made me aware that i am not the only complaint. I then called nissan customer service and they told me to take it to nissan to have their mechanics look at it. Ive read others did a brake flush, abs fuse changed or unplugges then put back and a master cylinder and none of that fixed the problem. Nissan... Read more

The CVT transmission in my 2011 Nissan Rogue is garbage, just like many others I've discovered who are having the same issue. Customer relations at the regional headquarters have been reasonable (and I'm not through the entire process yet, as I refuse to give up) and are willing to hear me out, but the local Nashville Downtown Nissan folks have been rude, short, and the customer service manager has a very ugly attitude. He told me what was wrong with my vehicle but then quickly advised me to come and pick it up because it wasn't under... Read more

My car under warranty but nissan tan chong dont want to put it under warranty Add comment

2011 Nissan Juke: So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls. One was the engine and the second was the timing belt. The second time they had to fix my car they told me they would be keeping it for 4-5 days! This wouldn't be a problem if they would give me a loaner car. However, they don't give out loaners unless you have 70,000 miles or less on your car. What? Why? My car only has 80,000 The only reason my car is in the shop is because of their faulty manufacturing and recall. The Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA service man said I... Read more

I own a 2011 Nissan Altima with 76, 003 miles. Have maintained the car very well. Last week, while driving my car stalled in the middle of a busy highway and almost caused an accident. I looked down and the service engine soon light was on. I reached out to Nissan to inquire about the recalls on their cvt transmissions and guess what mines was was one year outside of the "campaign". Since my car is "003 miles" out of warranty the cost to replace this transmission is *drum roll 4500 dollars. Now I know that maintaining your vehicle is on you... Read more
