offered a warranty for tire when the time i bought the car but afterward when i came to ask blamed me for not getting the paper work, which i had not seen one since the time getting the car. also the manager was so not well trained which blamed everything on the customer it self and did not even give u a chance to speak. Nothing by shade. Dishonest Sales staff and finance will slickly have you to sign a Arbitration Agreement to protect them from all the lies they tell you. Make sure you read all documents, even if it takes 5 hours! You can say no to their extended warranty and they will add it anyway and hopes that you don't catch it. We bought a new 2012 Nissan Frontier pick-up with standard transmission. After 27,000 miles the clutch and flywheel disintegrated. A $1,400 repair brought no help from Nissan for coverage under the 36,000 drive train warranty. I called Nissan consumer repairs repeatedly to talk to talk to them about the issue. On a routine maintenance visit to Nissan of Elk Grove, Ca I was advised that the transfer case is leaking and the repair is $2499. The 2009 Nissan Murano has only 88K miles. The resale value of the car on a trade in is only $10,000, which makes this repair 20% of the cars value. This is an absurd amount for the repair. Bought my Nissan Altima 2011 in Nov 2012. Just after 4 yrs my compressor stopped working so air conditioner stopped working. Nissan wouldn't help with repairs as they should. Next time I'm buying a Toyota. Read more

My 2010 Nissan Cube almost killed me just lucky no cars were coming as I pulled into highway gas pedal to floor stuck on yellow line rolled it to the side of road nissan said they'd do nothing my car was out of warranty never by from then again it's not worth it and no recall maybe when they pay for funerals they'll get the point I know I am not the only person this has happened to and to repair...
