While driving down the highway Sunday July 21st around 9:40AM my moon roof imploded while being closed. Nothing had hit it before nor did I hit anything for it to implode. It sounded like a gun shot in the car, I noticed that the glass was blowing towards the rear of the car. The glass hit my trunk and now has several dings due to the glass flying. Now I am at the dealer and they are telling me... Read more

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5SE, I replaced the transmission less than a year ago at 135k miles, it was purchased new and directly from Nissan. My service engine light is on again and the dealership is claiming I need a new transmission and Nissan is refusing to cover it because it's over the 12k miles. However, it's less than a year and it is completely ridiculous that they won't cover it. ... Read more

Little did I know the drivers door and now the passenger front door around the window frame are rusting out from the inside and now to the point where the rust is so severe both doors require replacement and the safety and integrity of the door is now... On having my Nissan Accenta 1.2 serviced on the 30/04/2014 it was noted the battery tray was heavily corroded caused by a leaking battery. Both battery and tray needed to be replaced. The drivers seat was creased which i bought to the attention of the receptionist. It has now been several weeks since the service was carried out. The heavily corroded battery tray was cleaned up, but the corrosion... Read more

Of course my 2007 Xterra had the problem of the radiator leaking messing up the transmission. Even though it was a factory defect, I had to pay 2500.00. I'm a single mother. That was school clothes money and bills. Nissan was so smug about it. It's as though they were saying, "hey u have over 80,000 miles on your vehicle and that is all our transmissions will handle. Then the first day I... Read more

I got a new car and wanted to put a spoiler on after the purchase. I called the dealers near us and 112 service dept. gave me a $170 price for just the installation. I made an appointment and showed up. While taking my information I was told that it will be 2hours of labor at $115 an hour rate. I told Mike about the conversation on the phone and the fact that they switching what the had quoted... Read more
