I have filed complaints with the Mass Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and NHTSA regarding the following matter. Nissan has set forth a service campaign for putting people on the road in unsafe vehicles due to a faulty Timing Chain. If you the timing chain snaps while driving it will also blow your engine. Why I will never own a Nissan product again and why you shouldn't either! On Monday, October 20th the transmission on my 2008 Nissan Rogue failed in four lanes of Eastbound traffic in Burlington, NC. I bought 2006 Infiniti QX56 about 6 weeks now and paid off the car. Unfortunately the car had several problems which they did not mention at all while they knew about. Worse enough I have not received the title yet.... everytime I call the title department....the phone goes directly to voice mail. This company need not to be in existence in USA....Has a lot of fraud. Add comment

Nissan won't replace brand New 2014 Versa Note SV with rust found underneath within 3 days of purchase

2014 Versa Note SV bought New, found rust on the 3rd day of purchage in 12+ areas underneath including sub-frame and various components. Complained and requested replacement with a rust free car. Nissan won't replace or refund despite extensive correspondence, emails, phone calls, visits to the dealer, furnishing date stamped pictures of rust areas. I purchased a Nissan Murano in 2004 and moved in 2008. Had payments auto deduct from my account and missed one payment by 1 day. Nissan acceptance reported me and will not fix it. You are better off going with Toyota or Hyundai but stay away from Nissan, Infinity and any other or their products. I along with two co-workers have also experienced extreme wear/damage to the hood of our 2007 Altima's. While getting estimates at local body shops they too expressed that they have seen this issue numerous times occurring with this vehicle and states the paint job wasn't properly done. A car this age which has been protected in a garage and well-maintained should not experience paint fading.... Read more
